Latin for the New Millennium Workbooks that students can complete online

Latin for the New Millennium eWorkbooks for Levels 1 and 2 allow students to type answers to questions directly in the digital file. When an assignment is complete, students can either email their work to their instructor or can print their work to hand in. Students may sign their work using Adobe Reader's commentary tools to affirm that their work is their own. Teachers will no longer have to be concerned with poor penmanship as all answers are neatly typed for easy reading and grading. Teachers have the option of adding their own comments to students' work, emailing corrected exercises back to the student for review.

Reviews

My students and I have really loved having the workbook on line. I have been using it with group activities using the SmartBoard in my classroom (which the students already love using) as well as individual student activities. I have been working with my Latin IIs to complete the grammar in the LNM book which they have not yet gotten before turning to the LNM Book 2, and it has been great for them to review old grammar as well as work on new concepts. You have found another way to make a true LNM convert from a Latin teacher with 34 years of experience. It makes me want to stick with it for many more years to come.

The kids and I are loving the workbook on line. It allows them to work independently and at their own pace. I love being able to see where their weaknesses and strengths are.

The exercises are well-designed to supplement the exercises given in the text. I particularly like having them in electronic form on our class portal-which makes them easy to access for students who are absent. Also, students who wish to review a concept can get a fresh worksheet whenever they wish.  Occasionally when we are going over the exercises, I will have students fill out the forms on my computer and project the results on a screen. It is much neater than having a student write on the dry erase board.
